摘要
对膜极距结构技术进行说明,分析了该技术应用后出现过的一些问题,阐述了通过结构改进解决问题的技术方法,并强调指出:在高电流密度条件下,只有降低盐水杂质提高盐水品质,才能保证离子膜正常的使用和稳定的生产运行。
The technology of zero-gap structure electrolyzers was introduced. Problems occurred in operation of the technology were analyzed. Moreover, the technical approaches via structural modification were discussed. It was stressed that, when current density was high, only through reducing impurities contained in the brine and increasing brine quality could normal use of ion membrane and a stable operation be guaranteed.
