对比旭化成NCH离子膜电解槽性能变化情况。根据膜极距改造前后运行数据,分析了电解槽膜极距改造的利弊。针对电解装置运行中出现的问题,提出相应解决措施。

The changes in performance of Asahi NCH ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers were compared. On the basis of operation data before and after zero gap remolding, the advantages and disadvantages of zero gap remolding electrolytic cells were analyzed. In view of the problems occurring in the operation of the electrolytic unit, corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
