恶性脑胶质瘤患者术后生存质量的影响因素

Influence Factors of Quality of Life of Patients with Malignant Glioma after Surgery

目的探讨恶性脑胶质瘤患者术后生存质量的影响因素。方法随机选取接受手术治疗的脑胶质瘤患者113例,通过分析其病历资料和跟访调查等方法,结合患者术后生存质量,对患者年龄、切除程度、患病程度等因素进行分析。结果年龄<41岁、女性、全切、患病程度低的患者生存质量相对较好。结论患者的年龄、性别及肿瘤切除程度、患病程度是影响患者术后生存质量的主要因素。

Objective To study the influence factors of quality of life of patients with malignant glioma after surgery.Methods Randomly selected 113 patients with malignant glioma,combined with the quality of life and the rule of patients,according to the patient＇s age,extent of resection,factor prevalence level,postoperative radiotherapy,surgery and complications were analyzed. Results Patients under 41,female,total resection,and lower degree of illness had better postoperative quality of life.Conclusion The age,sex and tumor resection degree,the degree of illness and postoperative radiotherapy are the main factors influencing the postoperative quality of life.
