摘要 为探究温拌沥青混合料的路用性能与施工特性,设置试验研究了温拌沥青混合料与普通沥青混合料间的性能差异与特点。经物理或者化学方法改善沥青粘度后,即按照与普通沥青混合料相同的配比与原料可获得温拌沥青混合料。试验结果表明:温拌型沥青混合料具有更优越的路用性能和施工和易性,且当温降达到30℃时,其性能仍能得到有效保证。通过与热拌型施工特性试铺筑试验进行对比,发现前者具有更稳定的压实区间和压实时间。温拌型沥青混凝土具有更优越的材料特性、施工性能及路用性能,能够满足正常的施工铺筑和使用,实现了低温条件下施工,避免了热拌沥青混凝土施工时的高温拌和导致的有毒刺激性气体排放和繁冗的保温工序。 To explore the pavement performance and construction characteristics of warm mix asphalt mixture,this paper studied the differences and characteristics between warm mix asphalt and asphalt mixture. The viscosity of the asphalt was improved by physical or chemical methods, namely, warm mix asphalt was obtained in accordance with the same proportion of asphalt mixture and raw materials. The test results showed that the warm mix asphalt mixture has better road performance and workability,and its performance can be effectively guaranteed when there is temperature drop of 30 ℃. Through the comparison with the test results of hot mix construction,it is found that the former has a more stable compaction interval and compaction time. The warm mix asphalt concrete has superior material characteristics,construction performance and pavement performance, which meets the demand of the paving construction and use, making the construction possible under low temperature without poisonous gas emission and complex heat preservation process induced by hot mix asphalt concrete construction.
