海南地区赤拟谷盗抗药性及磷化氢完全致死浓度与时间的研究 被引量:3

Resistance of Tribolium castaneum to Phosphine and the Relation Between Lethal Phosphine Concentration and Exposure Time in Hainan Province

摘要 采用FAO推荐的储粮害虫磷化氢抗药性测定方法,测定出海南地区8个品系的赤拟谷盗成虫磷化氢抗性系数范围为612~1 045,全部品系均到达极高抗性水平(Rf>160)。200 m L/m^3磷化氢浓度条件下Rf612、Rf826.4、Rf1045品系完全致死时间分别为8、9、11 d。 Using the phosphine resistance determination method recommended by the Food and Agriculture Organization(FAO), 8 strains of Tribolium castaneum adults collected from Hainan Province were determined. The results showed that the resistance coefficients for these 8 strains of T. castaneum adultswere in the range of 612 ~1 045, indicating that the adults of all the strains were resistant to phosphine at a high level(Rf 160). When treated with phosphine at a concentration of of 200 m L/m^3,the strains Rf612, Rf826.4 and Rf1045 had a lethal time of 8 d, 9 d and 11 d, respectively.
