摘要
茉莉是中国传统名花,栽培历史悠久,富含深厚的文化内涵。本文通过全面分析有关茉莉历史、文化、分类、栽培、加工及其精油提取方面的知识和现状,结合广西地区茉莉产业特点和农业科普教育工作特征,指出茉莉产业在农业科普教育中的意义,并提出开展相关科普教育的建议。
Jasminum sambac was Chinese traditional flower, which has a long cultivation history and profound cultural implications. An analysis was made of the history, culture, classification, cultivation and extraction of J. sambac as well as the characteristics of jasmine industry and agricultural popular science education work in Guangxi province, based on which the significance of jasmine industry in agricultural popular science education was pointed out, and some suggestions on popular science education related to the jasmine industry were put forward.
