摘要 新一代天气雷达定标中出现的操作步骤和方法不规范问题,对保证仪器仪表和设备安全、雷达技术状态统一和雷达数据可靠性带来了很大的挑战。本文以CINRAD/SA新一代天气雷达为例,对CINRAD/SA、CINRAD/CA新一代天气雷达定标中的常用仪器仪表使用、仪器仪表和设备安全、雷达系统定标中的操作规范和注意事项进行了详细阐述,明确了雷达定标工作中的一些操作步骤和方法,可作为雷达定标工作的参考,避免在工作中出现仪器仪表和设备安全、测量和定标误差,以不断提高雷达定标业务质量。 For new generation weather radar, the calibration problems such as nonstandard operation steps and usage methods bring the instrumentation security, weather radar technology state unity and data reliability a good challenge. Taking CINRAD/SA weather radar as an example, the precautions and specifications of the usages of common instruments, the safety of equipment and the calibration of CINRAD/SA and CINRAD/CA radar are elaborated carefully. The operation steps and methods of the radar calibration work are defined, which can be used as a reference for the radar calibration work and avoid instrument and equipment safety problems, measurement and calibration errors in the work and can continuously improve the quality of radar calibration service.
