平衡计分卡在高职院校学生社团考核体系中的应用

On the Application of Balanced Score Card in Assessment System on Students' Societies in Senior Vocational Colleges

目前高职院校学生社团管理中缺乏完善的考核体系,导致学生社团管理中缺乏明确的考核原则、鲜明的考核目标、合理的奖惩机制和新型的管理理念。在高职院校学生社团管理中运用平衡计分卡,对解决现存问题是有裨益的。高职院校学生社团管理中的平衡计分卡应该包含目标层面、对象层面、内部流程层面和学习与成长层面四个模块,由此构建完整的考核体系。

Nowadays, the management of students＇ societies in senior vocational colleges lacks perfect assessment system, leading the management to lack clear assessment principles, clear assessment objectives, reasonable mechanism for reward and punishment, and new management ideas. It is helpful for us to apply balanced score card in the management of students＇ societies in senior vocational colleges to solve current problems. In order to establish a complete assessment system, we should make the card contain the following four modules such as objective, subject, inner-procedure, study and development.
