髋关节置换手术体位测量尺的制作与临床应用

Making and Clinical Application of the Measuring Ruler of the Surgical Position in Hip Joint Replacement Operation

目的探讨髋关节置换手术患者正侧卧位摆放中,自制手术体位测量尺的制作与应用效果。方法便利抽样选择2014年8月至2015年9月来我院行全髋置换术的患者400例(排除强制性脊柱炎患者和Ⅲ型以上先天性髋关节发育不良患者)。按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(使用测量尺)和对照组(不使用测量尺)各200例,比较测量尺的使用效果。结果观察组患者手术体位摆放时间、护士调整体位次数、医生调整体位次数均少于或小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论自制体位测量尺在髋关节置换手术体位摆放中,可明显缩短体位摆放时间,增加体位摆放正确性,降低护士的工作疲劳度,并得到医生的认可和好评。

Objective To investigate the making and clinical application of the self-made measuring ruler of the surgical position in hip joint replacement operation.Methods Totally 400 cases of total hip replacement in our hospital from August 2014 to September 2015 were selected.A total of 400 patients were divided into observation group（using the measuring ruler） and the control group（not using the measuring ruler）.The measuring effect was compared between two groups.Results The operation position display time,times of body position adjustment by nurses, times of body position adjustment by doctors in observation group were less than which in control group（all P^0.05）.Conclusions Self-made body position measurement in the hip replacement operation position can significantly shorten the time to put in place,increase the accu- racy of the position,reduce the nurses＇work fatigue,and win the doctor＇s approval and praise.
