摘要 叙述了太阳能电池的工作原理,分析了硅太阳能电池中硅片制备工艺与技术,探讨了太阳能电池转化效率及高效单晶电池工艺。 This paper described the working principle of solar cells, analyzed the preparation technique and technology of silicon wafer of silicon solar cells, and discussed the conversion efficiency of solar cells and the process of efficient monocrystalline silicon solar cells.
