摘要
昌邑石化为了解决装置凝结水外送温度高并产生水击的问题,对三套装置的凝结水系统进行优化改造。叙述了项目背景,分析了现状及问题,讨论了凝结水余热回收的方案,并对凝结水改造及凝结水余热回收的效果进行了评价。
In order to solve the problem of high temperature of condensation water of the device and water hammer, optimization and renovation on the condensate water system of three sets of devices were carried out in Changyi Petrochemical Co., Ltd.. The paper described the background of project, analyzed the present situation and the problems, discussed the scheme of waste heat recovery for condensate water and evaluated the effect of renovation and waste heat recovery of condensate water.
