摘要
为研究不同因素对辣木扦插的影响,以半木质化枝条作插穗,探索不同扦插基质、不同生根剂及其浓度与浸泡时间、不同扦插时间4种因子对辣木半木质化枝条扦插生根效果影响的试验。结果表明,4种因子对辣木扦插生根率、根数及根长均有显著影响。选用半木质化的辣木枝条,体积比河沙∶腐质土∶刨木花为1∶2∶1的扦插复合基质,生根剂ABT2浓度200 mg/L,浸泡时间10 min,扦插90 d后平均生根率、生根数量、生根长度分别为89.77%、12.7条和10.83 cm。
Semi-lignified shoots of Moringa oleifera Lam were used as cuttings and cultured in rooting mediums to observe the effects of four factors, mediums, rooting agents and concentrations, dipping time and cutting time, on their rooting. The results showed that these four factors had significant effects on rooting rate, root number and root length of cuttings of M. oleifera. The semi-lignified shoots were cut and treated with the rooting agent ABT2 at 200 mg/L, dipped for 10 min and cultured in a cutting combined medium (river sand : rotten soil : shavings=1 : 2 : 1). The cuttings produced an average of rooting rate, rooting number and rooting length of 89.77%, 12.7 and 10.83, respectively, after cultured in the rooting medium for 90 days.
