摘要 凋亡诱导因子(apoptosis inducing factor,AIF)作为一种氧化还原酶类,不仅参与线粒体的能量代谢,还能诱导不依赖天冬半胱氨酸蛋白激酶(caspase)的细胞凋亡。细胞凋亡异常在肿瘤的发生、发展和治疗过程中起到十分重要的作用。研究表明AIF可能参与了肿瘤形成的不同阶段。通过AIF诱导癌变细胞凋亡可能是肿瘤治疗的有效途径之一。本综述通过总结归纳AIF在结肠癌细胞中的表达、作用机制及其在结肠癌治疗中的研究进展,以期更深入的了解AIF的功能,为结肠癌的靶向治疗提供新的思路和启发。 Apoptosis inducing factor(AIF), a mitochondrial oxidoreductase, is involved in not only redox metabolism and bioenergetics, but also caspase independent apoptosis. The disorder of apoptosis plays an important role in the on- eogenesis. However, the underlying mechanism is poorly known. Studies have shown that AIF could be a potential tar- get to treat colon cancer by inducing apoptosis. This review collected literatures on AIF function and outlined the mechanism, expression in colon cancer cells and the recent advances in colon cancer therapy of AIF, in order to fur- ther understand the function of AIF and provide new direction and inspiration for colon cancer targeted therapy.
