摘要 构建PSR框架的江苏省环境竞争力评价指标体系,运用直觉模糊信息方法和改进的TOPSIS方法,对江苏省环境竞争力水平进行静态和动态评价,得出结论:2015年江苏省各地区在环境竞争力下压力、状态和响应子系统有明显的差异,江苏省各地区整体的环境竞争力水平较高,但区域内部差别较大,地域空间上整体表现为苏中>苏北>苏南;2001-2015年江苏省环境系统与理想解的"垂面距离"波动明显,整体呈不断减少态势,表明江苏省的环境质量在稳步提高,环境竞争力较强;江苏省各地区环境竞争力变化特征与自然资源禀赋的差异、区位条件以及不同的产业结构等紧密相关。 The paper constructs the evaluation index system of Jiangsu provincial environmental competitiveness based on the PSR frame- work. The intuitionistic fuzzy information method and improved TOPSIS method are applied to analyze the level of static and dynamic envi- ronmental competitiveness in Jiangsu province. The results show that: There are obvious differences in the evaluation results of pressure, state and response subsystems of Jiangsu provincial environmental competitiveness in 2015. The overall environmental competitiveness of Jiangsu province is stronger, but the regional differences are relatively large, in the geographical space as a whole: central Jiangsu 〉 north- eru Jiangsu 〉 southern Jiangsu;The "vertical distance" of Jiangsu provicial environmental system and ideal solution fluctuates significant- ly from 2001 to 2015, and the overall environmental quality of Jiangsu province is steadily increasing, and the environmental competitive- ness is stronger; The characteristics of environmental competitiveness in various regions of Jiangsu province are closely related to the dif- ferences in natural resource endowments, location conditions and different industrial structures.
