摘要
地质填图是一项旨在查明基本地质情况的超前性、公益性、战略性、多用途的基础性地质工作,为资源勘查、环境保护、工程建设、城市规划、国土开发利用与地球科学发展等提供重要支撑,为此需要有完善的技术标准。我国的地质填图技术标准经历半个多世纪,虽已形成了基本完善的技术标准体系,但仍存在着地质填图标准不统一、标准体系不够完善等诸多问题,不能完全满足与时俱进的地质填图工作需求。针对国土资源标准化工作面临的新形势和新要求,借鉴国外发达国家地质填图技术标准,基于对现行的地质填图标准的梳理分析,提出了完善区域地质调查标准体系、制定1∶5万区域地质调查规范、编制不同类型区域地质调查方法指南及1∶2.5万区域地质调查工作指导意见等建议。
The geological mapping is an advancing, public welfare, strategic, multipurpose basic geological work; it can provide impor- tant support in resources exploration, environment protection, urban planning and land exploitation, utilization; therefore perfect tech- nical norms are needed. Geological mapping in China has experienced more than half a centmy, although has formed a basically perfect technical norm system, but still can not quite satisfy the needing of geological mapping works to keep pace with the times; issues of dis- unified geological mapping norms and norm system not perfect are existed. In allusion to land and resources standardization works have confronted with new situation and new requirements, geological mapping norms of developed countries should be referenced. Based on current geological mapping norms carding and analysis, have put forward suggestions to perfect regional geological investigation norm system; constitute 1:50,000 regional geological investigation norms; compile different types of regional geological investigation method guidances; as well as 1:25,000 regional geological investigation guidelines etc.
