应用型高校骨干教师国际融合机制研究

A Study of International Integration Mechanism for Back-bone Faculty at Application-oriented Colleges

应用型高校为现代企业培养应用型人才,文章以应用型技术人才所具有的特征为出发点,提出应用型高校教师应融合国际社会,是目前高校发展的一个整体趋势。通过摸索应用型高校骨干教师国际融合路径,构建应用型高校骨干教师国际融合机制,加强国际校企合作,提升骨干教师教、科研水平。帮助应用型高校找到适合自身发展的路径,实现应用型高校教师国际融合的目标。

Application-oriented universities train applied tatents for modern enterprises. With the characteristics of technical tal- ents as a starting point, this paper puts forward the idea that the application-oriented college teachers should be integrated with the international society, which has been an overall trend of the development of universities today. By exploring the international integra- tion path of key teachers in applied universities, it is argued that the international integration mechanism of key teachers in applica- tion-oriented universities should be built, and that international university-enterprise cooperation should be strengthened so as to en- hance the level of teaching and research of back-bone teachers, help the application-oriented universities find a path suitable for their own development, and achieve the goal of international integration of application-oriented university teachers.
