理工科研究生实践创新培养模式初探

理工科硕士研究生培养目标最大的特点是应用型人才的培养,其实践创新能力与我国工业化的发展密切相关。文章针对当前理工科研究生实践创新能力不足的现状,从研究生课程改革、项目研究及建立双师型教学团队三个方面对培养研究生实践创新能力培养模式作了相关的探讨,为相关高等院校的硕士研究生实践创新模式培养提供了相关的参考。

The biggest characteristic of postgraduates＂ training objectives is the cultivation of applied talents, and its practical in- novation ability is closely related to the development of China＇s industrialization. Based on the current situation of the lack of practi- cal ability of graduate students in science and engineering, this paper discusses the cultivation mode of postgraduates＂ practice inno- vation ability from the aspects of graduate curriculum reform, project research and the establishment of double teaching team. The pa- per gives some relevant reference to other colleges and universities as regards the graduate students＂ practice and innovation model.
