摘要 [目的/意义]有效改进以供应链为整体的环保绩效,推动绿色供应链系统的良性运转。[方法/过程]设计一个基于绿色供应链系统的企业环保信息集成平台,用物化方法与虚拟方法将绿色供应链系统中企业环保监测信息与资源节约信息集成到平台上,并使其满足信息查询与分析需求。重点分析环保信息集成的基础、平台结构及其构建、平台运营管理问题等。[结果/结论]提出在绿色供应链系统基础上搭建由政府主导、环保组织运营的企业环保信息集成平台(绿色供应链系统信息集成平台)。平台的构建路径包括需求的描述与分解、信息获取与监控、评价与反馈3个步骤。平台的服务对象是政府、供应链企业、公众(包括消费者与媒体)及环保组织自身。平台的运行管理是长期的、持续的、动态的、不断完善的过程,政府及环保组织应根据需求变化不断升级系统。 [Purpose/significance]The paper is to improve the overall environmental protection performance with the supply chain as a whole, to promote the green supply chain system run smoothly.[Method/process]The paper designs a green supply chain system- based enterprise environmental protection information integration platform, uses materialized method and virtual method to integrate en- terprise environmental protection information and resource saving information into green supply chain system, and makes it meet the information inquiry and analysis requirements. The paper mainly analyzes the basis of enterprise environmental protection information integration, structure and construction of the platform, and the operation management issues. EResuit/conclusion]The paper puts for- ward an enterprise environmental information integration platform basing on green supply chain system, information integration platform of green supply chain system, which is dominated by government and run by environmental organization. Platform's construction path includes 3 steps of requirements description and decomposition, information retrieval and supervision, and evaluation and feedback. Platform service objects are government, supply chain enterprises, the public (customer and media) and environmental protection orga- nization. Platform operation management is a long-term, continuous, dynamic and continuously perfect process, whieh needs govern- ment and environmental protection organization to constantly upgrade the system according to requirements change.
