摘要
[目的/意义]研究新时期科技查新人员的发展问题。[方法/过程]通过文献调研,梳理和总结科技查新人员发展问题的研究情况;分析科技查新行业发展形势、查新人员发展现状及存在问题,并探讨科技查新人员未来发展思路。[结果/结论]科技查新人员发展问题研究总体上可以划分为查新人员素质要求、查新人才培养和队伍建设、查新人力资源管理3个主题内容和研究层面。目前,科技查新行业进入一个更加开放的市场化发展时代,科技查新人员的未来发展需要行政管理部门、查新行业协会和学会组织、查新机构、查新人员的共同努力,从重塑职业素质、丰富培养方式和内容、建立有效的组织管理机制等方面开展探索和实践。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to research the development issues of sci-tech novelty retrieval personnel in new period. [Method/processJThe paper combs and summarizes researches on sci-tech novelty retrieval personnel through document re- search; analyzes the industry development trend of sci-tech novelty retrieval and the development status and problems of sci-tech nov- city retrieval personnel, and discusses the future development of them. [Result/conclusionJResearches on the development issues of sci-tech novelty retrieval personnel could he divided into 3 topics and research levels, including personnel quality requirements, talent training and team building, and human resources management. Sci-tech novelty retrieval industry is now going into a more open mar- ketization development era, which needs administrative departments, industry associations and organizations, novelty retrieval worksta- tions, novelty retrieval staffs to make joint efforts to carry out exploration and practice for the development of novelty retrieval personnel from aspects of remodeling career quality, enriching training methods and contents, and establishing effective organization management mechanism.
