[目的/意义]综述专利价值评估方法相关内容,为专利技术转移提供价值评定参考依据,减少技术知识流动的阻力。[方法/过程]运用文献调研、内容分析、比较研究法等,对专利价值内涵、传统评估方法以及专利价值评估体系相关研究内容进行综述。[结果/结论]鉴于传统方法的弊端,利用专利指标体系进行技术价值评估受到很大关注,但其指标选择、指标权重确定以及相关实证研究有待深化。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to summarize relevant contents of methods of patent value assessment, so as to pro- vide reference of value assessment for patent technology transfer and to reduce resistance to technological knowledge flow. [Method/ process]The paper applies methods of document investigation, content analysis and comparative analysis to sum up relevant contents about patent value connotation, traditional assessment methods and patent value assessment system.[Reslflt/condusion]In view of the shortcomings of traditional methods, use of patent index system for technical value assessment gets lots of attention, but indicator selec- tion, indicator weight determination and related empirical research need to be deepened.
