木兰脂素对两肾一夹肾性高血压大鼠血压的影响

Effects of Magnolin on Blood Pressure in 2-Kidney-1-Clip Renal Hypertensive Rats

目的比较两种造模方法大鼠血压差异,探讨木兰脂素(magnolin,Mag)对两肾一夹高血压大鼠血压的影响。方法清洁级SD大鼠32只,随机分成丝线组和银夹组,丝线组采"0"号手术缝合线和针灸针;银夹组采直径0.2 mm银夹建立肾病高血压模型,模型建成后,再随机分成模型组、卡托普利组(40 mg/kg)、木兰脂素高(80 mg/kg)、中(40 mg/kg)、低剂量(20 mg/kg)组。连续灌胃给药7 d。结果丝线组和银夹组大鼠的血压逐渐升高,术后9周,两组血压均升高差异显著且保持稳定,但两组间的差异无统计学意义。药物干预7 d后,与模型组比较,卡托普利组和木兰脂素组血压明显降低,其差异具统计学意义(P<0.05),但木兰脂素各剂量组之间血压差异无统计学意义。结论丝线法和银夹法制备肾性高血压模型血压没有差异。木兰脂素可以降低肾性高血压大鼠的收缩压和舒张压,具有降压作用。

Objective To compare the difference of blood pressure established by two methods and investigate the effect of magnolin on blood pressure of renal hypertensive rats. Methods 32 SD rats were randomly divided into two groups： silk suture, and U-shape clamp group. The rats were randomly divided into five groups： model group, captopril group（40 mg/kg）, magnolin groups with high（80 mg/kg）, middle（40 mg/kg）and low（20 mg/kg） doses, respectively. Each group was administrated for 7 days. Results Compare with the preoperative control, the diastolic and systolic pressure were increased gradually in two models rats, the differences was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）, there was no significant difference in blood pressure between two groups. Intervention for 7 days, compare with the model group, the blood pressure of the captopril and magnolin groups were significant decreased, and different with model group（P 〈 0.05）. However, there was no significant difference in blood pressure between the each dose group of magnolin. Conclusion There was no significant difference in blood pressure of the models rats between silk suture group and clamp group. Magnolin can reduce blood pressure in renal hypertensive rats.
