摘要
目的采用系统预实验法初步探索竹节蓼全草的化学成分,为系统开发中药竹节蓼有效成分提供科学参考。方法采用显色反应、沉淀反应或层析对竹节蓼全草水、95%乙醇和石油醚提取预试液进行定性检识,通过实验结果初步判断竹节蓼全草中可能含有的化学成分。结果竹节蓼全草中含有氨基酸、还原糖、皂苷、有机酸、酚类、鞣质、香豆素和内酯类、甾体和三萜类、挥发油和油脂,可能含有黄酮类、蒽醌类、强心苷、酚类和鞣质成分,不含生物碱以及多肽、蛋白质、多糖和苷类等大分子物质。结论初步确定了竹节蓼含有的化学成分,为进一步分离鉴定该药用植物生物活性成分及系统开发提供了实验参考依据。
Objective To identify the chemical components of Homalocladium platycladum. MethodsThe mixture was extracted from the whole plant of Homalocladium platycladum with purified water, 95% ethanol and petroleum ether. The chemical components of Homalocladium platycladum were preliminarily demonstrated using color reaction and precipitation reaction. Results Homalocladium platycladum contain amino acids, reducing sugars, saponins, organic acids, phenols, tannins, coumarins and lactones, steroids and triterpenoids, volatile oils and fats and oils, also might contain flavonoids, anthraquinones, cardiac glycosides, phenols and tannin components. Conclusion This study preliminarily identified chemical components of Homalocladium platycladum, to provide an experimental basis for further research.
