藏医名方联用对脑缺血再灌注大鼠血流变特性及急性血瘀小鼠微循环的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型与小鼠急性血瘀模型相结合,研究藏医名方(25味珊瑚丸、如意珍宝丸、20味沉香丸)联用对血管保护及功能重建的作用。方法 SD大鼠施右侧大脑中动脉缺血2 h复灌手术,术后治疗5 d,检测血流变学变化;KM小鼠给药15 d后,复制急性血瘀模型,检测小鼠耳廓微循环变化。结果与模型组相比,联合组大鼠全血粘度、血浆粘度显著降低(P<0.01),红细胞聚集指数、血沉、红细胞比容明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);联合组小鼠微动脉、微静脉管径显著扩张(P<0.01),微血管流速显著加快(P<0.01)。结论藏医名方联用可显著改善脑缺血再灌注大鼠的血液流变性,保护血管功能,修复急性血瘀模型小鼠微循环结构与功能重建。 Objective The combination of cerebral ischemia reperfusion model and acute blood stasis model in mice. Study on the Tibetan medicine (25-Herb Shanhu pill, Wishful-Treasure pill, 20-Herb Chenxiang pill) combined with the repair effect of vascular protection and functional reconstruction. Methods SD rats are treated with 2 h reperfusion of right middle cerebral artery ischemia, and the changes of hemorheology are observed after operation for 5 days. KM mice are injected 15 days later, and the acute blood stasis model is duplicated. Results Compared with model group, the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity are significantly decreased in the combined group (P 〈 0.01), erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, hematocrit decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01), combined with the micro artery of the mice in the combined group, the diameter of the micro vessel is significantly expanded (P 〈 0.01), microvascular flow rate is significantly accelerated (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Tibetan Medicines Combined-administion can significantly improve the hemorheology of cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats, protecting vascular function, repair of the structure and function of the acute blood stasis model mice microcirculation reconstruction.
