四制香附丸机械制丸工艺研究及工艺验证 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究四制香附丸机械制丸的工艺参数,确定最佳工艺参数,并进行工艺验证。方法首先制得四制香附丸粉,然后以丸药圆整度、重量差异为评价指标,优选四制香附丸的制丸工艺参数,并进行3批次工艺验证。结果四制香附丸机械制丸工艺参数条件优选为:加水量为14%,炼药1遍,输条∶制条频率比约为0.5,出条嘴为5.1 mm,刀具为5.5 mm,制丸,75℃干燥。结论本研究确定的工艺简便可行,制得产品各项指标稳定。 Objective To study the preparative technology parameters of Sizhi Xiangfu Pills, to select the optimum technology parameters, and to validate the process. Methods The optimum technology parameters of crushing are selected firstly. Then the roundness and weight variation of pills are selected as evaluation indexes to optimize the process parameters of Sizhi Xiangfu Pills. The technology is validated by 3 batches afterwards. Results The process parameters are optimized as follows: The optimum proportion of water is 14%. The optimum parameters, such as transmission frequency at 0.5, the mold tool mouth of 5.1 mm and knife size at 5.5 mm, drying temperature at 75℃, are selected. Conclusion The optimum technology is simple and feasible. The quality of pills is stable.
