图像时代的悄然来临,带来了视频图像应用技术的快速发展。伴随着公安天网和平安城市工程的快速推进,利用视频图像应用技术侦查已经发展成为一种新的侦查模式。然而,视频监控和图像处理等新技术的快速发展,必然带来侦查队伍人才紧缺和知识更新滞后等问题,因此"新型"的视频图像侦查实验室的建设迫在眉睫。

The advent of Image time has brought rapid development to the video image application technology, whieh has developed into a new type investigation mode with rapid advance of the Public Security Skynet and Peace City Construction. However, the rapid development of the video monitoring and image processing technolo- gy is bound to bring new problems sueh as shortage of investigative talent and the lag of knowledge update. Therefore, it is imminent to construct new video image detection laboratory.
