针对当前服装企业工序流程图绘制时存在的问题,提出了一种流程图绘制方法。在服装生产现场编排软件中使用C#语言进行识别,并读取现场IE人员提供的初始工序表并分析部件、工序编号特征,依据工序编号特征及工序信息快速有效地进行图形化的服装工序流程图绘制。软件操作简单、速度快,绘制流程图周期提升约30%,可完全代替手工操作。本方法具有一定的通用性,目前已用于实际生产,效果良好。

In view of the current actual situation in process flowcharting of clothing enterprise and the question when drawing process flow chart,this paper puts forward a method of drawing process flow diagram.Using C#language to recognize,read the initial process data that IE personnel provided,and analyze the part and process number characteristics and process information,agraphical apparel process flow diagram can be draw quick and efficiently with the features of parts and process number in the scene of the apparel production scheduling software.Operation of software is simple,convenient,quick,and it can completely replace handpainted flow diagram,and the cycle of drawing flow chart can increase 30%.This method has a certain universality,and has been applied to practical manufacture and have a good effect.
