摘要
介绍了一种通过微波辐射直接加热硫酸软骨素和氯金酸混合液快速合成金纳米粒子的方法。采用紫外—可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对获得的金纳米粒子进行表征。考察了微波辐射时间、初始溶液pH值和反应物浓度对金纳米粒子合成的影响,并探讨了其可能的反应机理。实验结果表明,采用该方法能够快速合成分散良好、平均粒径为12±2nm的球形金纳米粒子。
Gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)are attracting enormous attention owing to their unique localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)and catalytic properties,which are widely used in the fields of physics,chemistry,optics,biology,electronics,materials and so on.In this paper,an efficient and rapid method for the synthesis of AuNPs has been successfully developed by directly heating the reaction mixture of chondroitin sulfate(CS)and HAuCl_4 in one pot with the help of microwave irradiation.The prepared AuNPs are characterized by ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).In addition,the effect of the irradiation time,initial pH and reactant concentrations on the preparation of AuNPs are investigated and the possible reaction mechanism is further discussed.The experimental results demonstrate that the obtained AuNPs are well-dispersed and spherical with an average diameter of 12±2nm using this proposed onepot microwave irradiation method.
