摘要 目的探讨LISS钢板对股骨远端C型骨折的手术技巧。方法采用LISS钢板微创切开复位固定股骨远端C型骨折24例,对复位固定技术、术后处理、结果进行分析总结。结果术后所有患者随访12~18个月,24例全部愈合,按照Merchan评分标准:优3例,良15例,可4例,差2例,优良率75%。结论运用手术技巧使骨折端达到解剖复位,坚强固定是膝关节在术后早期功能锻炼的重要基础,也是提高手术疗效的关键。 Objective To explore the operative skills in the surgical treatment of type C distal femoral fractures LISS ( less invasive stabilization system) plates. Methods Internal fixations with IISS plates were performed on 24 cases with C type of distal femur fractures and the skills in reduction and fixation, including postoperative measurement were ana- lyzed. Results Postoperative follow- up lasted from 12 to 18 months and all the 24 cases healed; according to Merchant criteria, 3 cases got excellent effects, 15 good, 4 common and 2 poor, the excellent and good rate reached 75 %. Conclusions It is important to set up anatomical reduction of the fracture successfully with operative skills so as to gain the solid fixation, which plays a critical role in postoperative knee joint function exercises and is the key to raise the operative effect.
