On Venture Capital Subject's Timing of Phase Investment into the Environmental Industry

分析了风险投资的阶段性特点,针对风险企业发展演进过程的阶段性,结合环保产业讨论了不同投资阶段的风险构成与阶段选择,提出了对环保这样的新兴产业兼公益事业,风险投资者既应遵循风险投资规律,规避投资风险,追求高额回报,还应兼顾一定的社会责任,将风险投资适当地向环保产业和风险环保企业的发展前期倾斜。

This paper analyzes the characteristics of venture capital investing into the environmental industry.Focusing on the different phases of the development of risky enterprises,combining the discussion of the environmental industry on the risk constitution and choice of different phases,the paper points out that the investors should follow the rules of venture capital,avoid investment risks,and seek after high profit,to fulfill social responsibility at the same time. The venture capital should also pay more attention to the early phase of environmental protection enterprises.
