摘要 教育的根本在于育人,"立德树人"是教育工作改革创新的立足点。"立德树人"理念的落实要基于学校德育实效的提升。传统蒙学中蕴含着优秀的德育内容和方法资源,可以为学校德育实效的提升奠定丰富的物质资源基础和理论支撑,但当前学校德育却忽视对传统德育资源的利用,在德育资源利用方面存在着泛化与弱化的"两极化"问题。挖掘整合传统德育资源是当前德育改革的立足点,家庭、学校、社会三方形成德育合力是破解当前学校德育资源利用问题的有效途径。 The fundamental of education lies in educating people,"Strengthening moral education and cultivating people"is the foothold of educational reform and innovation. The implementation of the concept"Strengthening moral education and cultivating people"shall be based on the improvement of school moral education. Traditional moral education contains excellent moral content and method resources,which can lay a solid foundation of material resources and theoretical support for the improvement of moral education in schools. However,the current moral education in schools neglects the use of traditional moral resources and existing problems of "polarization"-lessening and weakening in using moral resources. It is an effective way for family,school and society to join together to solve the current resource utilization issues in school.
