肠道菌群对终末期肝病患者营养和代谢的作用 被引量:1

摘要 人体肠道内存在数量庞大、结构复杂的菌群,彼此之间相互作用,相互制约,处于动态平衡状态,直接参与人体的消化、营养吸收、能量供应等诸多方面,对宿主的健康和营养起重要的作用。目前,关于肠道菌群与肥胖的关系研究较多,而关于肠道菌群与营养不良的研究相对较少。在终末期肝病患者往往存在营养不良,而易引起严重的后果。本文阐述肠道菌群对于终末期肝病患者营养状况的影响和可采取的干预措施。
