摘要
目的探讨纳米碳示踪剂在甲状腺癌根治术中的应用效果。方法我院2013年1月至2015年12月120例甲状腺癌根治术患者,随机抽签分为纳米碳组与常规组各60例。常规组按传统方式直接行甲状腺癌根治术+双侧中央区淋巴结清扫。纳米碳组术前注射纳米炭混悬注射液,充分显影后行甲状腺癌根治术+双侧中央区淋巴结清扫。结果纳米碳组淋巴结清扫数、淋巴结转移率、术后甲状旁腺素、血钙均高于常规组;甲状旁腺误切率、术后并发症发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论纳米碳示踪剂具有起效快、安全性高、滞留时间长等优点,可以提高淋巴结清扫效果,对甲状旁腺具有良好辨别效果与保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of nano-carbon tracer in radical operation of thyroid cancer. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing radical operation of thyroid cancer in our hospital between January 2013 and December 2015 were selected as the study subjects and divided into nano-carbon group and routine group ,60 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with tra- ditional radical operation of thyroid cancer and bilateral central lymph node dissection. The nano-carbon group was injected with The Carbon Nanoparticles Suspension Injection before operation, and after fully developing, they were treated with radical operation of thyroid cancer and bilateral central lymph node dissection. Results The number of dissected lymph nodes, lymph node metastasis rate, levels of postoperative serum parathyroid hormone and blood calcium in the nano-carbon group were significantly higher than those in the rou- tine group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The mistake rate of remove of parathyroid gland and the incidence of postoperative complications in the nano- carbon group were significantly lower than those in the routine group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The nano-carbon tracer has the advan- tages of rapid onset, high safety and long residence time. It can improve the effect of lymph node dissection, and has good identification and protective effect on parathyroid glands.
