牙体牙髓病患者应用一次性治疗与多次根管治疗的效果比较

The Effect Comparation of One-time and Multiple Root Canal Therapy for Patients with Dental Pulp Disease

目的:研究牙体牙髓病用一次性治疗与多次根管治疗的临床效果。方法:利用奇偶数字分组的方式,将笔者所在医院2015年4月-2017年2月接诊的56例牙体牙髓病病患等分成甲组、乙组,其中甲组施以一次性根管治疗,乙组施以多次根管治疗。观察两组治疗期间并发症的发生情况,比较临床疗效等指标。结果:甲组的并发症发生率为7.14%,明显比乙组的25.00%低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组临床治疗的总有效率为96.43%,明显比乙组的78.57%高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将一次性根管疗法作为牙体牙髓病患者的一种首选治疗方案,有助于帮助其减轻疼痛,降低并发症发生率,增强临床疗效。

Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of one-time treatment and multiple root canal therapy in dental pulp disease.Method：56 cases of dental pulp disease were randomly divided into group A and group B,in which group A was treated with one-time root tube treatment,group B with multiple root canal therapy.The incidence of complications during the two groups was compared,the clinical efficacy and other indicators were compared.Result：The complication rate of group A was 7.14%,which was significantly lower than 25.00% of group B（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of group A was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than 78.57% of group B（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：One-time root canal therapy as a preferred treatment for patients with dental pulp disease,help to reduce pain,reduce the incidence of complications and enhance clinical efficacy
