Advances in biomarkers of cognitive impairment in Parkinson's disease

摘要帕金森病认知损害在帕金森病患者中非常普遍,严重影响患者的生活质量及照料者的负担。而在临床诊治过程中,运动症状是医师及患者希望重点解决的问题,轻度的认知损害并未受到较多关注。随着国际运动障碍协会(MDS)对PD-MCI诊断标准的提出,一系列研究应用此标准在认知发生、发展等方面提供新观点。本文将对帕金森病认知损害的神经影像、基因学、神经电生理、脑脊液及血液等方面的研究进展进行综述。
