摘要
以循环经济为理论基础,针对我国废旧衣物回收与利用程度低的问题,对石家庄市旧衣回收箱回收模式实施效果进行了分析,发掘该模式的优越性,同时对其发展过程中存在的问题提出了建议和措施。
Based on the circular economy theory, aimed at the low recovery and utilization of old clothing in our country, the effect of recycling model of old clothes recycling box in Shijiazhuang was analyzed. The advantages of the model were explored, and sugges- tions and measures for existing problems in its development process were put forward.
