摘要 当船舶遭遇强大侧风时,由于自身原因,船员做出的判断和操作可能有所滞后或错误,该种滞后和错误会致使人们的生命财产遭受严重损失。为了尽可能减小不必要的损失,提出了一种基于STC15W4K32S4单片机实时测量风向风速,判断航行区域内有无可能碰上的障碍物,自动控制船舶航行的防侧风避障应急控制系统。详细阐述了系统的方案设计,并用Protues进行仿真,实验结果与仿真结果相符,证明了该系统的可行性。 When the ship encounters a strong crosswind, due to their own reasons, the crew to make judgments and operations may be delayed or wrong, the lag and the error will cause people's lives and property suffered heavy losses. In order to reduce the unnecessary loss as much as possible, an anti - lateral wind emergency control system based on STC 15W4K32S4 single-chip microcomputer is designed to measure the wind speed in real time and judge whether there are any obstacles in the running area. The design of the system is described in detail, and the simulation is carried out with Protues. The experimental results are in agreement with the simulation results, which proves the feasibility of the system.
