基于ADS1248色谱分析仪恒温控制系统设计

摘要 针对色谱分析仪在进行离子检测时,温度波动会使色谱柱的工作效率降低,从而影响色谱分析仪的分析结果。本课题提出了一种基于ADS1248为核心的恒温控制系统,通过运用PID调节算法,设计相关硬件电路,能使色谱柱温度稳定在设定温度误差范围内。该系统结构简单、控制精度高、易于实现。实验表明,系统能在短时间内达到并稳定在设定温度,温度误差在0.1℃以内,满足应用要求。 In the process of ion chromatography, the temperature fluctuation will reduce the working efficiency of the chroma- tographic column, which will affect the analysis result of chromatographic analyzer. In this paper, a constant temperature control system based on ADS1248 is proposed. Through the use of PID adjustment algorithm and the designed hardware circuit to make the column temperature stable in the setting temperature error range. The system is simple, accuracy and easy to implement. The experimental results show that the system can reach the set temperature in a short time, and the temperature error is within 0.1 degrees to meet the application requirements.
