摘要
本文主要介绍铂热电阻的结构、种类、测温原理、特点及测量不准确的解决办法,通过分析铂热电阻在化工装置生产实际应用中出现的一些问题,不断采用不同的思路分析问题出现在何时何处何地,将问题由大化小,由小化无的解决,保证生产装置的长稳优运行,减少生产装置因仪表原因非计划停车的次数,以达到公司要求必须安全生产的目的,总结铂热电阻测温过程中,测量温度异常时的原因、处理方法。
This paper mainly introduces the structure, types, platinum thermal resistance temperature measurement principle, characteristics and inaccurate measurement solution, platinum thermal resistance in chemical production plant is analyzed some problems in the practical application, with different way of thinking to analyze problems appear when and where, where the problem by small flow, no solution by small change, ensure production device long stability of the optimal operation, reduce production device with instrument reason not plan the number of parking, in order to achieve required by company to the purpose of the safety in production, summarizes the platinum thermal resistance temperature measurement in the process.
