摘要
介绍了多电机变频同步驱动技术在全断面掘进机领域的应用,重点介绍了在刀盘驱动中的实现方式,分析比较了不同控制方式的特点,通过对多电机变频同步驱动的控制结构、控制方式以及设计要点的分析,为全断面掘进机选择多电机变频同步控制方案提供参考。
This paper introduces the application of multi motor variable frequency synchronous drive technology in full face boring machine, it focuses on the realization of the cutterhead drive and ompares the characteristics of different control modes.In this paper, it analyses the control structure ,control fashion and the key points of design. As a result ,it provides reference for the application of the frequency control drive on cutter head for the tunneling machine.
