摘要
新媒体在大学英语口语教学中的应用越来越深入,在促进教学生动化、扩大教学容量、增强教学个性等方面的功能不断凸显和强化。调查表明,新媒体已在一定程度上促进了大学英语口语教学实效的增强,但也引发了学生过于倚重、教师过度依赖、师生交流减少等问题,总体上仍未实现效益最大化。有效利用新媒体,提高大学英语口语教学实效,需在实践中加大新媒体设施的优化力度、加强英语口语教师综合培训、强化学生口语课堂主角地位、促进新媒体与传统模式融合。
The use of new media in college oral English teaching is pervasive since many colleges and universities argued for its positive effects in teaching methodology,content and styles.These effects have been proved with our survey,which findings indicate diverse new media has aided college oral English teaching with productive communication abilities of our students.Meanwhile,its negative effects like too much dependence or too less body language communication between the teacher and the students should not be ignored.New media alone cannot tackle what troubles our education,or college oral English;college oral English teaching needs a thorough undertaking that the latest technology like new media is maximized to the full use when we teachers have been best trained,on both its application and our mission striving for being aqualified helper in the classroom.
