Excel数据有效性在教务管理活动中的应用

Application of Excel Data Validity in Educational Administration Activity

教务管理活动涉及到大量数据的录入,既繁琐枯燥,又容易出错。为了提高教务工作人员数据录入效率,减少数据录入错误率,论文将Excel中的数据有效性应用到学生的综合测评中。实践表明,合理利用Excel中的一些函数以及数据有效性,可以规范数据录入规则,防止无效数据的产生,有效减少数据录入的出错率,提高教务管理工作的效率。

A large amount of data input is applied in the educational administrational activities,which are tedious,boring and error prone.In this paper,the data validity in Excel is applied in the educational administration activities in order to improve the efficiency of data entry and reduce the error rate of date entry.It has been shown that the data entry rules can be standardized and the occurrence of the invalid data can be prevented,and the error rate of the data entry can be reduced by using some functions and the data validity in Excel reasonably.In addition,the efficiency of the educational administrational activities can be also improved.
