A Tentative Discussion of the Management of E-documents and E-files

随着高科技的发展和应用 ,电子文件在工作和社会生活中已被广泛运用。由于电子文件根本不同于传统的记录形式 ,它带给了人们管理观念、管理形式和管理方法上的挑战。从有利于电子文件管理的角度出发 ,有必要对电子文件的特征、归档及电子档案的管理作初步的探讨。

With the development and application of high tech and science,E-documents have found wide applications in our society and work.As they are fundamentally different from the conventional ways of records,they have brought to us a challenge in our management concept and ways,so this paper from an angle conducive to the management of E-documents discusses tentatively the characteristics of E-documents,their filing and the management of E-files.
