摘要
以穿越L江的M原油管道为例,分析管道在穿越L江段发生溢油事故时对L江可能产生的环境影响,使用MIKE软件对影响范围和程度进行一维模拟预测,得到在泄漏发生后的不同时间、不同位置处的油膜迁移情况与石油类浓度值,以期为L江穿越段内突发溢油事故的快速应急处理及应急预案提供科学依据,为环境影响评价中的风险评价提供理论指导。
Taking pipeline M across the L River as an example,this pater analyzes the environmental impact of pipeline oil spill on the L River.With software MIKE to simulate the range and degree of the influence in one dimension,the oil film migration and oil concentration in different time,at different positions after leakage are concluded,so as to provide scientific basis for emergency treatment and emergency plan for oil spill accidents and theoretical guidance for risk assessment in environmental impact assessment.
