纳滤技术在河豚鱼皮胶原肽螯合锌脱盐中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用纳滤膜技术对河豚鱼皮胶原肽螯合锌进行了脱盐浓缩试验,研究不同分子量的纳滤膜对螯合锌脱盐效果及回收率的影响,确定最佳的纳滤除盐工艺。试验结果表明,最适用膜为截留分子量700 Da的卷式纳滤膜。在渗滤过程中,当加入6倍料液体积的纯水后,河豚鱼皮胶原肽螯合锌基本达到了脱盐的效果,产品的回收率为73.82%。河豚鱼皮胶原肽螯合锌经纳滤膜脱盐后,蛋白质含量从46.6%提高到82.04%,含锌量为12.8%,去除了大量的无机盐杂质,达到了分离纯化的目的。 Nanofiltration membrane separation was applied for the desalination of collagen peptide chelated zinc from puffer skin. The effect of nanofiltration membrane with different molecular weight cut off( MWCO)on the desalination efficiency and recovery of collagen peptide chelated zinc from puffer skin was studied. The optimal process of desalination by nanofiltration was found. The result showed that the optimal membrane was nanofiltration membrane with MWCO 700 Da. In diafiltration process,when six times feed volume of pure water was added,the collagen peptide chelated zinc was mainly desalted,and the recovery was 73.82 %. The protein content of collagen peptide chelated zinc from puffer skin was increased from 46.6 % to 82.04 % and the zinc content was 12.8 %. Much impurity of inorganic salt was removed and the collagen peptide chelated zinc from puffer skin was purified.
