红枣汁降血脂营养功能性研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用红枣汁对小白鼠进行试验,研究其营养保健功效及对小白鼠血脂水平的影响。结果表明,红枣汁组小鼠的体重、血红蛋白含量和红细胞明显高于模型组,说明红枣汁有促进小鼠生长发育和补血的作用;高血脂小鼠喂饮红枣汁后,通过与正常组、模型组比较发现红枣汁能显著降低高血脂症小鼠的血清胆固醇、血清甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、动脉硬化指数,增高高密度脂蛋白,这说明红枣汁有一定的降血脂作用以及对高脂膳食引起的动脉粥样硬化的危险有一定的抑制作用。 The experiment was carried out to study the nutritional and health effects of jujube juice and its influence on the blood lipid level of mice. The results showed that the jujube juice mice body weight,hemoglobin and red blood cells was significantly higher than the model group,that jujube juice could promote the growth and development of mice juice and blood; hyperlipemia mice fed drink jujube juice,by comparing with the normal group and model group comparison could significantly reduce hyperlipidemia mice serum cholesterol serum triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,atherosclerosis index,increase high-density lipoprotein,indicating that jujube juice has a certain lipid-lowering effect and risk caused by high fat diet atherosclerosis has a certain extent.
