摘要 近几年,随着黄酒加工业的发展,黄酒加工设备也获得了显著的提高,黄酒加工设备向着大型化、自动化发展,新型黄酒加工设备得以涌现和发展,出现了一些新的变化。论述我国黄酒的加工特点、设备选型,并对其未来发展趋势进行展望。 In the last few years,with the development of yellow rice wine process industry,yellow rice wine process equipment have significantly increased and yellow rice wine process equipment trends large-scal,automation development,new type yellow rice wine process equipment have emergence and development,some new changes have taken place. In this paper, yellow rice wine characteristics, equipment type selection and a useful guidance for future studies to yellow rice wine process equipment development were discussed.
