非体育专业女生参加课外体育活动的调查——以玉林师范学院为例

Investigation on Extracurricular Sports Activities of Female Students of Non-Sports Majors in Yulin Normal University

目的:通过调查玉林师范学院非体育专业院女生参与课外体育活动的现状,为了更好地发现女生课外体育活动存在的问题,为学校的体育课程改革、俱乐部项目的开展提供借鉴.方法:运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对玉林师范学院200名非体育专业女生参与课外体育活动的现状进行研究。结果:(1)大多数女生对参加课外体育活动重要性和必要性的认知较高;(2)女生参加课外体育活动的动机明确的,主要体现为强身健体、控制体重和塑造形体、调节心情和改善不良情绪;(3)女生喜欢参与的课外体育活动项目主要是羽毛球、排球、乒乓球、篮球;(4)女生的活动场所是校内运动场和体育馆;(5)女生体育活动的时间和频度相对不足,体育活动方式相对合理.结论:女生对参与课外体育活动的认知较高,态度积极,动机明确,场地有限和器材设施的缺乏是影响女生参与课外体育活动主要因素.

Objective： This paper researched on extracurricular sports activities of female student of non sports majors in Yulin Normal University, to find out the existing problems in female students extracurricular sports activities, to provide reference for the development of school physical education curriculum reform, and the development of club projects. Methods： By the methods of document literature, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, this paper researched extracurricular sports activities of 200 non sports majors female student in Yulin Normal University participating. The results showed： （1） Most female student had a higher awareness of the importance and necessity of taking part in extracurricular sports activities; （2） Female students had a clear motivation, it was good for health, weight, shape, and mood; （3） Female Students preferred badminton, volleyball, table tennis and basketball in extra-curricular sports activities; （4） Female students tiked to take part sport in school sports and gymnasium. （5） It was relatively insufficient what female took part in sports activities in time and frequency. Conclusion： Female student hada higher awareness about sport after class; they had positive attitude and clear motivation： The lack of venues and equipment are the main restrictions for their extracurricular sports activities.
