参苓白术散对皮肤机械屏障功能障碍小鼠皮肤水分的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过观察参苓白术散对皮肤机械屏障功能障碍模型小鼠皮肤水分的影响,探讨其对皮肤机械屏障功能的修复作用。方法将50只健康ICR小鼠,随机分为5组,每组10只,即正常组,模型组,参苓白术散高、中、低剂量组。参苓白术散各组从第1 d起,分别给予参苓白术散(40 g·kg^(-1)、20 g·kg^(-1)、10 g·kg^(-1))灌胃;其余各组灌胃给予蒸馏水。1次/d,连续13d。模型组,参苓白术散高、中、低剂量组从第9d起,采用胶带剥离法复制小鼠皮肤屏障功能障碍模型,2次/d,连续5d。分别于造模前1 d、造模第1 d及造模第5 d测定皮肤经皮水丢失值(transepidermal water loss,TEWL)及皮肤水合度。结果造模前1 d,各组小鼠皮肤TEWL值及皮肤水合度均无明显变化(P>0.05);造模第1d,模型组小鼠皮肤TEWL明显升高(P<0.001),皮肤水合度明显下降(P<0.001);造模第5d,参苓白术散给药组小鼠皮肤TEWL值显著低于模型组(P<0.01,P<0.001),参苓白术散给药组小鼠皮肤水合度显著高于模型组(P<0.01,P<0.001)。结论参苓白术散具有保水作用进而促进皮肤机械屏障功能修复。 Objective:To observe the effect of Shenlingbaizhu Powder on the skin moisture of mice with skin mechanical barrier dysfunction and to explore its effect on the repair function of skin mechanical barrier. Methods :50 healthy ICR mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, 10 rats in each group, normal group, model group, Shenlingbaizhi groups with high, middle and low dose. Shenlingbaizhi groups were intragastricaly respectively administrated with Shenlingbaizhu Powder(40 g·kg^-1 ,20 g·kg^-1, 10g·kg^-1 )from the first day while the other groups were given distilled water,once daily for continuous 13 days. In the model group and Shenlingbaizhi groups with the high, middle and low dose, the skin barrier dysfunction model was duplicated by tape stripping method from the 9th day, twice daily for continuous 5 days. The transepidermal water loss (TEWL)and skin hydrature were respectively measured 1 day before modeling, the 1 st day and 5th day of model establishment. Results: TEWL and skin hydrature did not change significantly ( P 〉 0. 05 ) 1 day before modeling. But the TEWL significantly increased(P 〈 0. 001 )and the skin hydrature significantly decreased (P 〈 0. 001 )in the model group. At the 5th day after model establishment,TEWL value of mice skin in Shenlingbaizhu powder groups was significantly lower than that in model group(P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 001 )The skin hydration in Shenlingbaizhi groups was significantly higher than that in the model group (P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 001 ) . Conclusion:Shenlingbaizhu powder has water retention and promote the repair of skin mechanical barrier function.
