不同饮用水对枝角类生长的影响

摘要 在室内温度为25±0.5℃、光照为12 h/12 h、培养容器及培养用水的体积等环境因子相同条件下,不添加任何食物,利用日常生活中常见的5种不同饮用水,在实验室内培养微型裸腹溞、老年低额溞和平突船卵溞三种枝角类,探究淡水枝角类在不同水质的饮用水中的生长情况,从而筛选出最适合枝角类生长的实验用水。结果表明,微型裸腹溞的最适实验用水为在农夫山泉中,最大体长是1.07 mm,最多4个龄期,第4龄时平均体长为1.05±0.02 mm,寿命可达10d;老年低额溞的最适实验室培养用水是娃哈哈,其最大体长、平均体长、龄期、寿命分别是0.86 mm、0.86±0.09 mm、4个龄期、11 d;平突船卵溞相对比较适合的水为冰露,此时其最大体长、平均体长、龄期、寿命分别为0.62 mm、0.61±0.03 mm、3个龄期、9 d。 Moina micrura ,Simocephalus vetulus and Scapholeberis mucronata were used for experiment in temperature 25 ± 1 ℃ ,light illumination 12 h/d, and other environmental factors were the same conditions, not adding any food in the laboratory. In order to select the most suitable experimental water for freshwater cladoceran, five different kinds of drinking water were used to explore the effective of water quality on the growth and development of freshwater Cladocera. Results showed thatthe optimum experimental water for Moina micrura was the Nongfu spring, in which the maximum body was 1.07 mm long. There were four instars, and the body length reached to the maximum of 1.05 ± 0.02 mm at the 4th instar. The longest life time was 10 days. The optimal laboratory water culture for Simocephalus vetulus was the Wahaha, in which the maximum body length of Simocephalus vetulus was 0.86 ± 0.09 mm. There were four instars,and the maximum body length was 0.86mm at the 3rd instar. The longest life time was 11 days. The relatively suitable water for Scapholeberis mucronata was ice dew, in which the maximum body length was 0.62 mm. There were 3 instars, and the maximum body length was 0.61 ± 0. 03 mm at the 3rd instar. The longest life time was 9 days.
