论师范类体育教育硕士专业学位研究生教学模式的改革与创新

Reform and Innovation of Teaching Model of Master Degree of Education of Sports Major in Normal Universities

采用文献资料、实地调查、专家访谈及系统研究与比较分析法,对我国西部民族地区高校师范类体育教育硕士教学模式进行调查,调查结果结合师范类体育教育硕士培养目标、人才培养模式及社会需求进行综合分析,探索师范类体育教育硕士教学模式的改革与创新,进而提出以发展体育教学职业技能为核心,以提高体育教学动作示范能力、技术讲解能力、组织教学能力为导向,重视学科基础知识与运动技能学习、重视教学技术应用、重视学科教学实践能力培养的创新型教学模式。

By means of the literature, field investigation, expert interview, and comparative analysis method, this paper investigates the teaching model of master degree of education of sports major in nor- mal university of western minority areas. In combination with the cultivation goal, talents cultivation model and social requirement, this paper comprehensively analyzes the reform, enhancing the ability of teaching demonstration actions and skills explanation, paying the importance to the basic knowledge and sports skills, emphasizing the teaching skill application and practice ability.
